How to make a bootable USB flash drive to boot into DOS?

2. Please run Rufus.exe
3. Select your USB flash drive, and press Start button then confirm
the following Warning popup.
Warning: This step will clean all the data in the USB flash drive, if there are important data in the USB flash drive, please backup them first .

4. After Operation complete, you can close all the window and remove the USB Flash, procedure is finished
